Cancellation Policy
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand life events happen. You may Cancel up to 24 hrs. prior to your appt. No-Shows, Missed or “Same Day Cancellations” less than 24 hrs. will be required to pay 100% amount of your service, charged to card on file. Late arrivals by 10 mins. may shorten session time. Beyond 10 mins. may forfeit session including deposit and deemed “Same Day Cancellation”
